The female singer's property has quite a large area with the main house, warehouse, private swimming pool, extremely large car park and a large garden but cannot grow many types of plants because of the cold climate. I remember the first time I worked for Kim Loi, filming music. Spring, I didn't even have money to buy costumes. I didn't say anything, but Kim Loi knew, they gave me some money to buy costumes. First time with singer Thanh Thanh going away to Nha Trang. Thanh asked for food to be brought to the room, but I had to sit still because I had no money, and hotel food was very expensive. At a time when we didn't have a full life like now, Uyen Nhy answered in 2007: "To me, objects are not important, so I don't like owning them, but I like a beautiful house. Because I've lived here for 26 years, I really like it, but it's too small. When I was a kid, the house was big, but now my family is older and I wish I had enough money to buy a bigger house next door , but it's too difficult. And by next year, my family and I have not yet passed the threshold to be considered rich. I returned to music after a period of time quitting singing Too stressed, also because of the constant feeling of not having money, so I can never take the initiative in my personal life."
