In addition, Khanh Phuong was also fined 60 million dong for failing to report when owning 5% or more of the voting shares of a public company.

From October 14, 2022, Khanh Phuong bought 96,600 SJC shares, owning shares increased from 289,200 SJC shares to 385,800 SJC shares. This helped Khanh Phuong become the largest shareholder of Song Da 1.01 but did not report to the Hanoi Stock Exchange.

Khanh Phuong was also fined an additional VND35 million for failing to report changes in the percentage of shares owned above the threshold of 1% of the number of voting shares.
