The whole social media is hotter than ever because after 4 years of enduring all scandals and not correcting any scandals, now Jack 's side is constantly making steel statements. Every time a new seal broke out, Jack and his crew quickly posted a denial.
On the afternoon of June 6, male singer Jack was suddenly entangled in a music plagiarism noise when he was publicly "accused" by Taiwanese singer Nhan Nhan Trung (Ele Yan) on the Spotify platform. The incident quickly became the focus of discussion, especially when the song suspected to be "Stop" â Jack's latest music product â has just been released less than 2 days ago and has attracted more than 2 million views and climbed straight into the Top 2 Trending Vietnamese music segments. However, instead of receiving success, "The Rest Station" is constantly involved in drama.
Specifically, on Nhan Nhan Trung's personal Spotify account, this male singer "pinned" Jack's song "Stop" and attached the hidden text: "Jack - J97 stole my song". This move of Nhan Nhan Trung immediately caused a stir in the online community and the music world, raising suspicions of plagiarism for Jack.
In the midst of Jack being accused by foreign singers of "stealing music", Quang Minh â PR Director of J97 Entertainment â made his first statement but was quite vague. In a broadcast on Insta, when asked by fans for feedback on "plagiarism", Quang Minh responded: "Ask me to speak out about plagiarism, I don't know what to say, I don't compose, ask me". Besides, this person also said that he only spoke up when collecting enough evidence, not chasing fake news. This statement of Quang Minh initially made many people think that J97 Entertainment was shirking responsibility, causing more skepticism to the public.
However, just a few hours after the PR Director's statement, at 7:17 on the same day, Jack officially spoke out about the incident on his personal page. He posted a series of screenshots of messages working with the publisher and explained in detail about being accused of plagiarism by anti-fans.
Jack wrote angrily: "1 product from AI copied the entire song and just posted, the Chinese vocal of many sentences does not mean anything, but 1001 homepage, TikTok posted an article accusing music plagiarism, drowning the headline 'extreme', navigating public opinion in all colors in all kinds of ways to make passers-by believe that it is true. For the past few years, there has been 1 trick in this industry, are you so afraid and obsessed? Are you afraid of rising up, or why are you running cards everywhere? The music release team will take down the AI song and there will be a later announcement to the audience."
Through this post, Jack completely denied the rumors of plagiarism, affirming that this is a product created from artificial intelligence for the purpose of defaming his honor. He also expressed his dissatisfaction with being constantly "drowned", "snatched" by information sites and social media accounts and navigating public opinion in a negative way.
Immediately after Jack spoke, J97 Entertainment also issued a similar announcement. In addition, this unit affirmed that Jack is becoming a victim of false information incidents and will clarify the incident to the end, resolutely protecting the rights and image of the artist.
The music plagiarism scandal broke out in the context that Jack and J97 Entertainment are still facing controversies related to the male singer's private life. Not long ago, Thien An â Jack's ex-lover and the mother of his daughter â apologized for the incidents that had occurred over the past 4 years and wanted Jack to withdraw the lawsuit.
However, immediately afterwards, the singer's management unit Jack said that he would not respond to anything further related to Thien An and wait for the authorities to solve it. In particular, J97 Entertainment also responded to information circulating on social networks related to two cards that are said to be related to Jack, affirming that this is completely false information. "We hope that there will not be any more unfortunate incidents during this sensitive period, especially since Ms. Cam Loan - Jack's mother - has suffered similar heavy insults in the past," Jack's side said.
Jack and Thien An's noise started in 2021 and caused a stir for a long time, in the end each of them had a different life and career direction. But in mid-January 2025, Thien An suddenly posted on the forum about not being able to keep 2 children. The image of the 2 cards of the 2 children that Thien An could not keep has caused a stir in public opinion about stories related to Jack's spiritual factors and responsibilities. Currently, the article and photos related to this case are no longer on the actress's personal page.
