According to lawyer Ha Hai, the competent authority determined that this TikToker's product caused confusion, misunderstanding, and intentionally misrepresented the truth for the purpose of attracting views, causing excitement or "poisoning" the audience. For some people, depending on the severity, this TikToker may be reminded, forced to remove and subject to administrative sanctions or more serious, criminal sanctions.

"In addition, if any organization, individual, or community finds that this video offends reputation, honor, beliefs, culture, or causes material or spiritual damage, they can proactively file a request for treatment. This TikToker is in accordance with the law, requesting the competent court to force it to be removed, apologize and compensate for any damages," the lawyer added.

At that time, the Angkor Wat complex management and protection agency (Apsara) made an announcement on the fanpage. This unit believes that the clip affects Cambodia's culture and heritage.
