Accordingly, the property for sale includes a land lot with an area of 285.2m2 at 45 Dien Bien Phu, Ward 15, Binh Thanh District, HCMC. The starting price for the above property is 6 billion VND.

This land lot belongs to Mrs. Ly Thi Minh Nguyet since January 2017, and was mortgaged by Ms. Nguyet for a loan of Minh Nguyet Automobile Co., Ltd at Agribank Saigon. Auction participants need to buy 500,000 VND documents and reserve 10% of the starting price, equivalent to 6 billion VND.

At the same time, Agribank Saigon also offered to sell another property of Minh Nguyet Automobile, a land plot with an area of nearly 50,000 m2, including warehouses, office buildings, workers' houses, in Duc Lieu commune, Bu district. Dang, Binh Phuoc province. The land lot has an area of up to 47,407.3 m2, under the use of Minh Nguyet Automobile since January 2018, is a non-agricultural production base. The starting price for this property is VND 85 billion. This is collateral at Agribank Saigon.

The second auctioned asset is the land use right and assets attached to the land on the map sheet No. 65105 located in Duc Lieu commune, Bu Dang district, Binh Phuoc province according to the certificate of land use rights and ownership rights. housing and other properties attached to land, number CD 953858, number entered into the certificate of issuance of certificate CT 08432 issued by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Phuoc province on December 13, 2016, updated to be transferred to Minh Nguyet Automobile Co., Ltd. January 25, 2018.

This land area has an area of 47,407m2, which is the land for non-agricultural production. In which, 400m2 for long-term use and 47,007m2 for use until November 5, 2057. There are 2 warehouses, 1 working house and 1 worker house. Agribank Saigon said, the starting price of this property is 85 billion dong, the price step is also 100 million dong. The pre-order is 8.5 billion VND and the bid price is 500,000 VND.

Before the auction opening date, if Minh Nguyet Auto fully fulfills its obligations to the bank, or the bank agrees to release the property, the property owner has the right to receive such property. Agribank did not disclose details of Minh Nguyet Automobile's loans at the bank.
