At the beginning of June, ACV, the copyright holder of the song "Who can stay in love forever", composed by Dong Thien Duc, performed by Dinh Tung Huy, has just released a statement denouncing many A-list stars such as Le Quyen, Dan Truong, Tung Duong... sings this song "Pagoda" without asking for permission.

According to ACV, during two shows in Da Lat on April 29 and in Nha Trang on the evening of April 30, singer Le Quyen performed the song "Who is in love forever" on stage in front of a large audience. Then, on May 14, Le Quyen performed the song "Who is in love forever" on the stage of a brand event.

ACV said that singer Tung Duong put the song "Who can stay in love forever" on his own live show on May 24 in Hanoi, promoting that he would sing this song loudly in the press but without asking for permission. .

After that, the company also sent an email to announce the copyright issue to singer Tung Duong and asked the male singer not to use the song to perform on stages as well as on social networking platforms.

According to ACV, singer Dan Truong brought the song "Who is in love forever" to perform around the country and abroad, even recording a new mix and sharing it publicly on social networks.

ACV's representative also affirmed that all of the above actions not only disrespect the copyright of the author and the work, but also violate the law.

This unit said about singer Le Quyen, the singer's media representative sent an email to ACV: "We are well aware that this is affecting your company's interests and the song's author is musician Dong Thien Duc, singer Dinh Tung Huy". At the same time, singer Le Quyen's side affirmed that they would never perform this song in any form to show respect for the author.

On the side of the organizer of the music night of singer Tung Duong (specifically, Dong Do Show), the representative of Dong Do Show company explained: "Singer Tung Duong sings Ai's love forever as requested by the organizers. Therefore, the incident related to the song copyright issue belongs to Dong Do Show. To ask for permission to use the song, the representative of this unit also said that it would publicly apologize to ACV Entertainment, musician Dong Thien Duc through the mass media.

As for singer Dan Truong, in addition to the song "Ai can be faithful forever", the male singer is said to use the song Ever Love (another song also copyrighted by ACV) to perform but without asking for permission for 2 years.

"After many days of silence, on the evening of June 8, the manager Hoang Tuan - singer manager Dan Truong had a conversation with ACV company to admit it was wrong when he had not received consent from the copyright holder. The song "Who is faithful forever, Ever loved" (including ACV Entertaiment, musician Dong Thien Duc and musician Dinh Dung) voluntarily performed," ACV said.

After receiving apologies from the parties, ACV's representative hopes this is the first and last time the unit has to speak out about music piracy in Vietnam.
