Accordingly, the anti-Que Anh group, which was originally named "Anti-Italian Nhi Official Association", was established on August 14, 2023. On August 4, 2024, after Que Anh was crowned for 1 day, it was renamed the anti-Que Anh group.

The purpose of this transformation is unknown, but many people cannot help but be surprised. Many people think that it is necessary to be vigilant and condemn groups that are anti, attack and slander others in cyberspace. In many cases, bad actors have attacked the momentary emotions of social media users to attract followers, then changed the names of anti groups when the incident sank, using them for improper purposes.

Lawyer Tran Vu Hoang (director of AEC Law Firm) once shared in the media about the incidents of celebrities being set up in similar anti-groups. According to the lawyer, based on Clause 3, Article 16 of the Law on Cyber Security, acts such as: seriously offending the honor, reputation and dignity of others; fabricated and untrue information that infringes on the honor, prestige and dignity or causes damage to the legitimate rights and interests of others is prohibited. Therefore, it is illegal to set up "anti-celebrity groups" to carry out the above acts. At the same time, if violated, they may be subject to administrative fines or criminal prosecution.

Miss Vo Le Que Anh was born in 2001, from Quang Nam. She comes from a family of teachers, her father is the Director of the People's Procuracy in Nam Giang district, Quang Nam, and her mother is the principal of a middle school.

Que Anh graduated from Korean Language and Culture (Hue University). She has participated in exchanges with the Institute for Traditional Culture Studies of Korea and Hue City in 2023, achieving a B2 - CEFR Korean language certificate, an international tour guide certificate. In addition to working at the Korea Travel Agency, Que Anh still studies Korean and pursues music and freelance modeling.

Miss used to have stage experience because she had participated in a number of beauty contests before.
