In recent days, on social networks, a place called "Korean alley" has emerged in Ho Chi Minh City. This information has attracted many young people to the alley to take pictures and videos, and even celebrities like Dieu Nhi have also contributed to making the alley bustling.
With the rapid spread on social networking platforms, "Korean alley" (139 Ly Chinh Thang in Vo Thi Sau ward, district 3, Ho Chi Minh City) has been crowded with young people in the past few days. -print. People living here said that at one point, the number of people coming here to take pictures reached nearly a hundred.
The number of people coming to the alley suddenly increased, affecting the lives of people in the alley. There were times when people came to take pictures too much, people had to ask the competent force to intervene.
"There's nothing wrong with people coming here to take pictures, but when it's too crowded, they even make noise. This is a residential area where many elderly people live, so it's always quiet. It's been disturbed these past few days. so most of the people here are also uncomfortable," said Mr. NNT living at the end of alley 139 Ly Chinh Thang.
Mr. TT (a resident of alley 139) said that, not only did they come to cause disorder, some young people also threw rubbish indiscriminately, making the tree stumps in the residence look sloppy. He himself has to clean the yard twice as much every day as before.
In addition, the stone benches where people in the alley usually rest and relax are now taken away by strangers, so they have to return to the house.
"If the children come to take pictures normally, it's okay, but must know the sense of order. Seeing strangers entering the dormitory, we are also very shy, for fear of bad people mixing in and stealing, uncontrollably. Many children drive into the center of the residence, then stand at the entrance to take pictures, making us angry," said Mr. T.
According to Ms. HN (resident living in alley 139), as long as the young people change and become more conscious, the people here are very welcoming.
"Anyway, the kids just want to come take pictures, have beautiful photos posted on social networks. Our alley is "fanned" like that, I also feel very happy. But how should you guys do it? so orderly, gently", Ms. N. commented.
Before many strangers came to the area, residents in the alley took the initiative to cover up the curtains, leaving a warning sign "please don't take pictures" at some households. In addition, the residential group will coordinate with functional forces to regularly check and maintain the previous peace and order of the alley.
After the reflections of people living in alley 139, the number of people coming to take pictures in this alley has decreased. As noted by the reporter Dan Viet, at the morning and noon of February 16 (the time when the light is beautiful to take pictures), the number of people coming here to take pictures is no longer as massive as before. The atmosphere in the alley is quiet, the amount of traffic here is also very little, sometimes there are delivery people running in.
"By this morning, the situation of gathering to take pictures here has decreased, probably after the reflection of the people, they also limited coming. In the previous days, from morning to noon, there were always people taking pictures. Some people even took pictures. while filming and talking, joking, and making a lot of noise," said Mrs. TDD, who lives in alley 139.
According to Ms. D, people in the alley have no aversion to people who come here to take pictures. Because people here have long lived in a quiet and deserted space, when there are many people coming to make noise, it makes them uncomfortable. At the same time, the large number of people gathered in a small alley also risks causing insecurity in the area. Therefore, people in alley 139 just want life to return to normal.
Is "Korean alley" really Korean?
As noted by reporter Dan Viet, alley 139 Ly Chinh Thang has a clean and beautiful space with a lot of green trees planted on both sides of the road. The houses here have an ancient structure, built close to each other and have the same height. The space at this residence is extremely quiet, and signs banning noise are also erected on both sides of the road.
With a green, spacious space and special architecture, the alley is called "Korean alley" by the online community in Ho Chi Minh City. However, people living here said that the name above was given by young people to the alley. The people living here have never heard of this name before. People also think that this alley is as normal as many other alleys in Ho Chi Minh City.
"Young people come here to take pictures, then put it on the internet called "Korean alley". But actually the alley has existed for a long time, until now it has emerged with this strange name. Personally, I see the alleyway. nothing like Korea," said Mr. HD, who lives in alley 139.
Many young people agree that alley 139 is as normal as other alleys. "I've passed by here many times. Yesterday, I stopped by to see why this alley is so hot. I came to see it, I just realized, due to the angle of the shot, the way young people edit photos, make it different. I don't think it's anything special, maybe this is a temporary trend of young people," a young person said.
"Although the lighting here is very good, the newly built houses are spacious and the colors are bright, creating a feeling of being in Korea, but we forget that the apartment houses inside are still Vietnamese. Flags, wind chimes, trees in front of my house make me feel like I'm reminiscing about the old city. Call it Korean alley, but I personally prefer to call it Vietnamese alley," a young person stopped by to share.
Hopefully, after the trend is over, this beautiful alley will soon return to its inherent peace, and also hope that young people should not go through foreign students and name a place indiscriminately on the land. Vietnam is something of Korea.
