According to the law, when the plaintiff files a lawsuit requesting to determine the father-child relationship, the plaintiff must be responsible for submitting evidence, which can be the results of a DNA test or related evidence. Thien An's side throughout the process affirmed that the burden of proof belongs to Jack, and at the same time reaffirmed that it did not agree with any request in the lawsuit.
