"I understand everyone's surprise that Miss Universe Vietnam this year will no longer cooperate with Huong Giang and Pharmacist Tien. When organizing Miss Universe Vietnam 2024, we decided to cooperate for 1 year.

After that, Pharmacist Tien and Huong Giang both have positions and investments in other programs. Not working together this year does not mea.n that we will not cooperate in the following years. I highly appreciate the ability of the two producers of Miss Universe Vietnam 2024. Even though we do not work together, our relationship is very good, like after this event, there will be a dinner party and Huong Giang will also appear. I also have a wish, that is, if in the next 3-4 years, Vietnam can host Miss Universe, I really want to cooperate with Pharmacist Tien and Huong Giang."

At the beginning of the interview, Mr. Valentin shared about the fact that famous beauty queens such as H'Hen Nie, Khanh Van, Ngoc Chau... removed their self-introduction as Miss Universe Vietnam on social media sites as a response to Mr. Nawat's controversial speech. The President of Miss Universe Vietnam believes that once they win the crown, wherever they go, these beauties will be known as Miss Universe Vietnam, which is the value of the contest's brand. These beauty queens are only showing their loyalty to the old organization, Unicorp, and cannot abandon their titles.

Regarding the quality of contestants, the president of Miss Universe Vietnam said that the competition will follow the standards of the parent competition, but to accurately determine the content and rules of this year's competition, the audience is asked to wait another 1-2 weeks for the announcement.

When asked if he had anything to say about Mr. Nawat's controversial statements about Miss Universe, Mr. Valentin Tran frankly said: "Mr. Nawat holds the copyright of Miss Universe Thailand, so I have no comment on his statements to others. I am just focusing on the Miss Universe Vietnam contest that I am working on."

Mr. Valentin Tran added that he did not research too closely the statements or the "war of words" between the contest CEOs that netizens are discussing. When asked directly about the statement that "selling bird's nest" is not the same as "selling fast food", Mr. Valentin directly mentioned CEO Bao Hoang's name and at the same time affirmed: "I will not speak ill of others because the mission of beauty pageants is not like that". Mr. Valentin Tran shared that he did not think of having to "fight" with competitors in the market, on the contrary, he had good reviews about the contests as well as the relationship with the CEOs of beauty pageants such as Mr. Tran Viet Bao Hoang or Ms. Pham Kim Dung.
