Mrs. Ba Huan recounted: "I have been farming for more than a decade, I know that the hardest working people are still the poor, the poor workers use eggs the most. Many opinions advised me to increase the price by 2,000 VND/egg. I proposed twice but I refused. Agreed that raw materials increased, gasoline increased, food also increased."

Ms. Ba targets egg users who are often hard workers. Realizing that price stabilization is urgent and timely and reasonable, Ms. Ba Huan said: "At this time, people still go to rescue 5-10 billion to buy vaccines and I work in agriculture, if I have egg prices, I will support them. to help the compatriots, cities and neighboring provinces with the price of eggs so that people can consume some of the difficulties. What do you want to do after the distance, when the epidemic is quiet, then I will sit back and calculate."

Ba said that Ba Huan is one of the active units in the programs to stabilize the market in Ho Chi Minh City. It is known that in 2020, in Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Huan eggs currently account for 25% of the market share of all kinds of eggs. In the North, especially in Hanoi, Ba Huan eggs account for 10% of the market share.

Ms. Ba Huan affirmed: "Every food business is under pressure to produce on-site production, but for decades I have implemented stabilization programs, I think raising prices is beneficial for businesses, but If large enterprises increase, other businesses will also increase, which will affect the price of eggs in the city.I think Ba Huan is a large supply unit, if I increase the price, other places will also increase, I keep my opinion. Ms. Ba Huan said that the Ba Huan factory is still producing well and meeting the consumption needs of people in big cities and the southern region: "I stay at home and officials and employees are at 3. On-site workers at Ba Huan's factory and livestock farm are implementing option 3 on site.I still receive eggs from outside, combined with eggs from the company's own farms, so there is still enough supply. As for the workers, they do very well. I treat the workers well, so I don't lack human resources." So she decided to import the Dutch egg processor.

"I imported an egg processing machine from the Netherlands, the processing machine will not need a lot of workers, each time it can handle about 120,000 eggs, the machine has arrived at the port, but due to the distance, it is difficult to transport. ".

Ms. Ba Huan is not the richest woman in Vietnam and is also willing to admit that she is uneducated, but she still makes a miracle from not-so-smooth starting points like other businessmen of her time. Ba Huan Co., Ltd. then started the construction of a clean egg treatment factory in Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.
