It has been 49 days since Yu Menglong passed away, and the suspects have been in trouble one after another. The public has been spreading the news that Yu's Weibo was suddenly hacked and destroyed, revealing a series of evidences of his crimes during his lifetime, causing outrage.
The Vu Mong Lung case is still smoldering in the hearts of the public, surpassing all calculations of those who want to bury the truth in the sea of the Internet. The unusual departure of the male artist has triggered a wave of cross-generational justice-seeking, with millions of enthusiastic netizens in both the East and the West voluntarily acting like "stars in the sky, shining everywhere".
Generation 7x, 8x, 9x, 00x united: The struggle beyond the era
49 days after Yu Menglong's death, actress Zhang Lin posted on Weibo with profound words, pointing out the complacency of those who thought that the star's fans only knew how to cry and that the incident would die down after just a week.
But who would have thought that this incident would cause them to completely miscalculate. This case exploded among the masses, triggering a search for the truth that even the people involved could not have expected. The friends who were pursuing this case, although they could not find common ground to exert their efforts, were like mountain climbing brothers, each trying their best, blooming all over the world, using their own different methods to seek the truth behind the Vu case.
Cold-blooded producer slanders victim: Cultural Revolution language
However, while millions of people are demanding justice, there are some people who are heartless and cruel and stand aside. Recently, producer Phuong Sieu, who is also suspected of being involved in the case, publicly slandered the people demanding justice for Vu Mong Lung on Chinese social media platforms.
Phuong Sieu used provocative words, labeling those who demanded justice as brain-damaged and brainwashed by accounts that ate blood-soaked dumplings. He said: "In the current context of the entire film and television industry going downhill, there is an organization that uses such vicious methods to attack film and television businesses that are seriously working on projects? I am really, really angry." He also affirmed that the rumors were completely false despite the official announcement from the departments.
Encrypted Weibo reveals huge secret: 1,000 photo evidence
Amidst the controversy, a shocking leak emerged: a white hat hacker had hacked into Yu Menglong's Weibo account and discovered a number of unpublished photos in his drafts inbox.
Over 1,000 photos, spanning 10 years, including private exhibitions and documentary photos of several unfair contracts, are believed to be evidence that the artist consciously collected before the tragedy. Although the photos have not been leaked to the public, and the authenticity of the hacker news is still a question mark, it has increased public belief in a conspiracy behind it.
In particular, the leaked news mentioned a self-recorded video of Yu Menglong chatting with friends, which is very consistent with the male artist's personality. Xiao Yu said that he will not let the junior actors in the future be bullied anymore. This confession is not only emotional but also alludes to the persistent existence of similar tragedies in the entertainment industry, like the case of male artist Shang Yu Bai in 2011 who also passed away strangely after leaving a last statement: My departure has nothing to do with others.
