Dozens of Vietnamese brothers and Angolan workers had to work hard to plow, dig up the roots of trees growing underground in the ground, and improve the soil very hard to start planting and raising livestock.

Up to now, the land in Quang Linh farm is ready to grow corn. The water storage pond for backup for the dry season has also been completed. The ambassador was surprised, praising Team Quang Linh. Especially in this area, the soil is very absorbent, so when not lining the bottom with plastic, but discharging water and still retaining water has been a great success.

In the coming time, Quang Linh farm aims to develop more breeds for diverse breeding, optimizing for cultivation mainly focusing on the rainy season. Many Angolan animals have never been domesticated or kept in their homes such as rabbits, ducks, quails ... also exploited by the extended farm.

Ambassador Yang Zhengchun was touched: " I went deep into this and created this property, indeed you have tried, determined a lot, very respectful. I don't think everybody can do it."

Speaking of which, the method of dividing the profits of Quang Linh farm is very special, why is there anything to do, shouting a voice that the villagers come to support. In addition to creating jobs for indigenous people, providing agricultural technical instruction and paying monthly (or daily) salaries for seasonal personnel, the group also has a policy of dividing the profits equally.

When there are results at the end of the season, such as the last dry season, more than 10 tons of potatoes, Quang Linh team will directly distribute the crops to relatives. This approach is highly appreciated for having good intentions, direct and practical support to people, creating cohesion as well as benefits for farmers.

In addition to paid work, the African team also does a lot of charity work such as distributing tens of thousands of tons of rice, building several hundred kindergartens, schools, charity houses, drilling hundreds of wells to donate to the people.

Drilling wells is a unique creation in Vietnam, because local people have never had the concept of digging wells, digging ponds to collect water. Their cultivation is mainly focused on the rainy season, there is an abundant water source, the dry season has to go very far to collect domestic water.

Seeing the suboptimal irrigation operation, Quang Linh's team hired a group of Vietnamese workers to drill wells for relatives. Clear well water and cool water, sufficient for living.
