After giving birth, the singer also suffered from depression and constantly suffered from insomnia and anxiety. Every time she watched her colleagues perform on TV, she felt sorry for herself and missed her job.

Phuong Anh confided: "I am an example of depression after giving birth. And I am aware because I feel my mood swings up and down. Why do I feel depressed, why do I have depression? such negative emotions.

Luckily I wasn't seriously ill and didn't know it all the time. But after that, I easily relapsed. Sensitivity pulls his emotions down very quickly. Emotions change constantly. I'm happy but just thinking about something makes me sad and pulls it all down, making me not want to do anything.
