After giving birth, the singer also suffered from depression and constantly suffered from insomnia and anxiety. Every time she watched her colleagues perform on TV, she felt sorry for herself and missed her job.

Phuong Anh confided: "I am an example of depression after giving birth. And I am aware because I feel my mood swings up and down. Why do I feel depressed, why do I have depression? such negative emotions.

Luckily I wasn't seriously ill and didn't know it all the time. But after that, I easily relapsed. Sensitivity pulls his emotions down very quickly. Emotions change constantly. I'm happy but just thinking about something makes me sad and pulls it all down, making me not want to do anything.

After a while, I thought, let it go, let it go, everything is already arranged, irresistible. So for those few hours, I was happy again but then pulled me down again. When I'm not feeling well, I don't want to do anything or go anywhere.

But the more I do, the more tired I feel, I feel too heavy so I quit by going to the gym and meeting people who can help me in my work. At times like that, I feel very clear positive energy, the problem is that both of those energies are too strong, so it makes me tired."

Like every other couple, over a decade of marriage, singer Phuong Anh and her husband experienced many ups and downs and events. In 2017, her husband's business crashed. Economic damage caused the life of the singer's family to be disturbed.

"For several years, I lived at the bottom of depression. I felt like I wanted to let go of everything, no longer earnestly work. Both me and my husband were tired and bored, so we closed our hearts, even to the other person. , do not want to share with each other anymore.
