Once you become famous, your facebook will fall prey to hackers. The Facebook accounts of famous players of the national team, U23 Vietnam were simultaneously renamed with special characters, strange content confusing the fans.
On the morning of June 16, a series of Facebook accounts of the national team players, U23 Vietnam were abnormally changed.
Accordingly, Nham Manh Dung's account with a green tick is still attacked by hackers. After that, Nham Manh Dung's facebook changed its name to Quoc Cuong Pham.
Meanwhile, Phan Tuan Tai's facebook was also hacked by hackers, renamed Loc Nguyen Tran Ba.
As for Bui Tan Truong, "Binh Duong Do Gia Vy".
This change across accounts happened during the same time period. At the same time, the common feature of the new names is that they are all displayed as special characters. Among the players mentioned, there are those who have been verified by Facebook, issued anti-forgery green ticks but still have their names changed.
Immediately after the name was changed, both Nham Manh Dung and Phan Tuan Tai's facebook updated their status to attract the attention of fans.
"What brother changed my facebook name?" Nham Manh Dung's account wrote.
Phan Tuan Tai's Facebook wrote: "Why did you change my facebook name?"
With these two states, it is not excluded that Nham Manh Dung and Phan Tuan Tai were attacked by a hacker on their facebook account.
But it is worth noting that below the account post of the two players still interacting happily with the fans, it seems that the two of them just had someone intentionally hack facebook and change their name, but they haven't been able to perform the channel robbery. or seriously destructive. In addition, the fans also relied on the changed name and decided from now on to call the two players Cuong and Ba instead of Dung and Tai.
Until now, 2 facebook nicks of 2 players have not been returned to their original names.
Previously, midfielder Khuat Van Khang of Vietnam U23 was also troubled about his facebook account. This player warns that someone is impersonating the account for profit.
Ha Tri, who specializes in Facebook support services, said the platform has vulnerabilities for crooks to sabotage and rename other people's accounts.
"If unfortunately revealing the date of birth and registration email, crooks can fake the identity card with the name Facebook want to edit and send a request to Meta for this platform to do. Also, to do this trick , it is necessary to find a suitable support IP of Facebook to easily be approved," Mr. Tri said.
Besides, this expert said that the above accounts only changed the display name, not taken over or infiltrated. "I think that people who do this for the sake of fun, sabotage, do not profit anything," Mr. Ha Tri added.
Last week, a series of streamers' Facebook accounts were also renamed with similar characteristics. The personal Facebook of music producer Masew (Le Tuan Anh) was renamed "Facebook User".
Then the turn of streamers Rambo (Lam Dinh Khoa), Mai Nam Hai (Bomman), Nguyen Trung Kien (Pino), Phung Thanh Do (Do Mixi) were also renamed Facebook to special characters. The above personal pages are all verified by Facebook and have millions of followers.
Currently, the accounts of the above streamers are all returned to their previous names. In a live broadcast, Rambo shared that the person who performed the Facebook name change contacted him, saying that he did this for the purpose of teasing and attracting attention. "The person said he knew Facebook's vulnerability, found out the email to register his account, so he changed his name," Rambo said.
A similar incident happened in 2016, when many famous people changed their Facebook names. Specifically, blogger Gao's page (Vu Thi Phuong Thanh) was changed to Vu Dinh Dung, and Nguyen Thanh Tung's account (Son Tung M-TP) changed to Dao Dan Le. Then, blogger Gao said that he had to contact and report the error to Facebook Business for support.
Yesterday, all U23 Vietnam members returned home. At the end of the mission at the AFC U23 Championship 2022, the players returned to the club to continue playing in national football tournaments. Coach Gong Oh Kyun returned to Korea to complete the AFC Pro Coaching Course. He returned to Vietnam at the end of June to continue his work.
"In the near future, VFF and coach Gong Oh Kyun will have a meeting to review and evaluate the results at U23 Asia 2022, and at the same time agree on a plan to prepare for the next tasks of U23 Vietnam, helping U23 Vietnam and the next generations have active preparations for future tournaments", VFF announced.
