According to Thairath newspaper, Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil - Executive Chairman of Miss Grand International (MGI) - has extended the copyright of Miss Universe Thailand for another 20 years. Thus, Mr. Nawat will hold the copyright of this contest for 25 years.

Previously, Mr. Nawat spent 5.4 million USD (about 136 billion VND) to hold the copyright of Miss Universe Thailand from 2025 to 2029.
