Miss International Queen 2023: Thailand won the prize, Tieu Thao had a problem, sadly "empty hand"?

The important round of Miss International Queen 2023 took place with the prizes belonging to Thailand, the US, and China, respectively. Tieu Thao with her impressive ability to "swallow the mic" should be expected a lot in this round, however, the beauty is still left empty-handed.

On the afternoon of June 19, the talent contest held annually within the framework of the Miss International Queen contest took place in the anticipation and expectation of the fans. Completely different from other national representatives, Diu Thao from Vietnam does not choose to sing or dance but has a talent for presentation to impress the judges as well as the international audience.

Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 wears an elegant but equally attractive outfit of designer duo Le Long Dung - Than Nguyen An Kha. She confidently used English for the presentation with the theme "No one will be left behind", an idea inspired by the national presentation competition.

In her current position as a Vietnamese candidate in the largest beauty arena for the transgender community, Diu Thao wishes to further spread her voice and influence on society, erasing prejudices about the global LGBTIQ community.

At the end of the presentation, Diu Thao "studyed" Miss Thuy Tien "shot" in Thai, making the audience present at the event excited and cheering. It can be said that the representative of Vietnam brought a performance that was not mixed with any contestants at Miss International Transgender 2023.

It seemed that the title of "Best Talent" had belonged to Vietnam after many years of being lost, but once again, the home audience was more disappointed when the award named the beauty of the host country Thailand. 2nd and 3rd place respectively belonged to the representatives of the US and China along with the dance performance. According to the shared images, the representative of the host country Thailand is judged to have a sharp and modern beauty, while the American beauty stands out with red hair, smooth white skin, and a full body. As for the Chinese representative, she attracts attention with her sweet, feminine beauty. However, the drawback of the queen is her height.

Although she did not bring success in this important round, the audience hopes that Diu Thao will keep her spirits up for the more important "battles" to come, fulfilling her promise to bring the second crown to Vietnam with sister Huong Giang.

Before that, in the National Costume competition round. As expected, Diu Thao performed an outfit called "She is alluvial". It is known that this is also the costume that was performed by the 2nd runner-up of Miss Vietnam 2016 Thuy Dung in the framework of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 contest (Miss Peace Vietnam).

At this important competition, Diu Thao appeared to attract all eyes thanks to her 1.83m height. The beauty born in 2000 was commented by the beauty community that she succeeded in conveying the image of a Western woman suffering hard on the stage of Miss International Transgender 2023.

The outfit named "The alluvial lady" with a body-hugging figure, inspired by the Ba Ba shirt, is sewn with a mesh of crystal stones, meticulously attached and changed to the color of the lotus flower. The special feature of this 15kg costume is that the wings on the back and the lower part of the lotus are symbolic of the flood season, the flow of water carrying many products and silt for the western land.

However, when performing ethnic costumes on a rather cramped stage, many steps caused Diu Thao to have trouble when she could not control the end of the skirt as she wanted. Therefore, in the performance of the beauty born in 2000, there was the support of logistics staff during the move.

Right from the first steps on the stage, Diu Thao faced many difficulties because the end of the skirt was quite bulky but the stage terrain was limited. Not showing a worried expression even for a split second, the Vietnamese representative calmly handled the situation and completed the performance with great grace, although the performance of Diu Thao was not perfect when the organizers constantly had to deal with the dress so she could complete the performance.

In the near future, more than 20 contestants will compete in the final of Miss Transgender International 2023 scheduled to take place on June 24 in Pattaya, Thailand. At this important competition night, Miss International Transgender Philippines Fuchsia Anne Ravena will hand over the crown to her successor.
