Kim Lip, whose real name is Kim Jung-eun, was born on February 10, 1999 in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea. She is a South Korean singer and dancer.

Currently a member of the girl group LOONA and the small group ODD EYE CIRCLE. Kim Lip is known for her powerful vocals, excellent dance skills, and unique fashion style.

Kim Lip grew up in an art-loving family. Since childhood, she has had a passion for music and dance. When she was in elementary school, her mother encouraged her to take dance classes to lose weight, and from there, her passion for dance began to blossom. About the group LOONA, stylized as LOOΠΔ, is a South Korean girl group founded by the company BlockBerry Creative. The group consists of 12 members: HeeJin, HyunJin, HaSeul, YeoJin, ViVi, Kim Lip, JinSoul, Choerry, Yves, Chuu, Go Won, and HyeJu (formerly Olivia Hye). LOONA stands out with a unique debut project, in which each member is introduced through solo singles before the group officially debuts.

The LOONA project began in October 2016 with the introduction of each member through solo singles and music videos. HeeJin was the first member to be introduced, followed by HyunJin, HaSeul, and YeoJin. After some members are introduced, they will form a small group and release a mini album. For example, HeeJin, HyunJin, and HaSeul along with ViVi formed the small group LOONA 1/3.
