The new Miss Lalela Mswane and Kim Duyen are both former contestants of Miss Universe 2021, competing internationally for two consecutive seasons.

Miss Supranational is a beauty pageant with a history of more than 10 years, held annually by the World Beauty Association SA (WBA). The first competition season took place in 2009.
