Jenny Huynh spent 10 million VND to watch Anh Trai Say Hi concert in Las Vegas. However, surprisingly, she was "caught" when going through airport security. After a few minutes of searching her bag, US security unexpectedly found a strange object that Jenny Huynh had hidden.
During her internship in the US, Jenny Huynh had a dramatic journey from the very first minutes. To get to Las Vegas to attend a concert, the YouTuber with millions of views only took a 30-minute taxi ride from her home to San Francisco airport. It was around 5am, a fairly early and quiet time, and it seemed like everything would go smoothly.
However, the first unpredictable situation suddenly occurred right after passing through the airport security gate. Jenny Huynh's bag was held for inspection for an unexpected reason: "My slime (ghostly slime toy). Or rather, my slime brother. The thing is, last night I made a slime brother. But because slime is water, the airport security officer asked to check it." Jenny's sharing made many people laugh because of this cute incident, but many people also sweated for her.
According to TSA (Transportation Security Administration) regulations, slime is considered a gel/liquid, so it must comply with the "3-1-1" rule regarding the carrying of liquids, gels, creams, and sprays. This rule stipulates that each liquid container must not exceed 3.4 ounces (about 100ml), all containers must be placed in a transparent, resealable, 1-liter plastic bag, and each passenger is only allowed to carry one such bag. If you want to carry larger slime, you must put it in your checked baggage, and make sure to seal it tightly to avoid leakage or expansion due to pressure changes during flight. The final decision still depends on the TSA officer at the checkpoint, which makes Jenny worried.
However, in the end, after a while of checking and explaining, the security agreed to let Jenny Huynh carry this slime brother. Jenny Huynh added that she did not buy extra checked baggage because it was quite expensive, so she only brought one bag, putting all her personal belongings inside, an economical choice but also full of risks with the strict regulations of the airport.
After a small, stressful incident at the security gate, Jenny Huynh had to rush to the plane door and board the plane in a heart-stopping state. It took her 1 hour to fly to Las Vegas, then quickly checked in to the hotel to rest and wait for the evening concert. Despite the initial problems, the trip still went as planned, giving Jenny memorable experiences.
Joining Jenny Huynh on this trip is YouTuber Vung. Both of them had unique ideas for what to bring to the concert. Vung planned to bring a banana-shaped teddy bear hat, and Jenny Huynh intended to bring her homemade slime brother to the concert. However, after almost having their items confiscated at the airport, both of them reconsidered and decided to keep these special items at home to avoid unnecessary trouble. This shows the caution and maturity of young vloggers when traveling internationally.
Before becoming a vlogger with millions of followers, Jenny Huynh was the "Slime Queen" since 2017, when she was only 12 years old, opened her own shop and created a fever. Her slime YouTube channel still has 353 thousand subscribers. Since December 2019, Jenny has switched to making lifestyle vlogs, loved for her charm, humor and outstanding academic achievements.
Jenny Huynh's talent does not stop at vlogging. She was admitted to Stanford University with excellent results, and in early 2025, she also participated in a student exchange program with Peking University. In the same year, Jenny Huynh was honored by Forbes Asia in the 30 Under 30 Asia list, affirming her international influence. Currently, she has nearly 16 million followers on various platforms, becoming a multi-talented role model for the younger generation.
