Imagine Dragons: 'dragon' from Las Vegas explodes, Quang Hung MasterD 'overshadows'?

After much anticipation, Vietnamese audiences were finally able to immerse themselves in the legendary bands of the world-famous band Imagine Dragons. This was the first time this famous band performed in Ho Chi Minh City.

The event attracted thousands of audiences of all ages. There were children in their 10s singing along to every song by Imagine Dragon despite the fact that the band has been active for nearly 2 decades. The image of thousands of people of all ages, from many countries, dancing to every melody and singing along to every lyric of Imagine Dragons proves that the music of the band has erased all boundaries.

During the 1 hour performance with many familiar hits such as Thunder, Natural, Bad Liar, Believer... Imagine Dragons always proved their class as a veteran bo.y band with a lot of experience. They stirred up the stage and especially Dan Reynolds' strong, powerful voice really shined.

Before all the attention was focused on Imagine Dragon, the show featured performances from HIEUTHUHAI, MANBO, Hurrykng, Binz, Soobin, Chi Pu and Quang Hung MasterD. The performances were all focused on performance and dance with youthful, vibrant music suitable for outdoor events.

Chi Pu and Quang Hung MasterD performed confidently with bright appearances and catchy music, but still overused the method of singing over. Meanwhile, the remaining singers tried their best to sing live, although there were some places where they were out of tune. Overall, this was a music night with elaborate investment, meticulous sound and lighting, with 2 performances with quite distinct colors, the first part focused on performance and the second part was the top music of the Imagine Dragons members.

Imagine Dragons is an Alternative Rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Formed in 2008 with four members in charge of each specialized task, Imagine Dragons has now "covered" most of the global music charts. The story begins 15 years ago when Dan Reynolds and Andrew Tolman were students at Brigham Young University, they accidentally met each other and then worked together because of their shared passion for music.

Knowing that two wasn’t enough, they recruited a few more members to complete their long-cherished dream band. That’s when three new members Andrew Beck, Dave Lemke and Aurora Florence stepped into the group and took on the vacant positions of Guitar, Bass and Piano respectively.

The five members released the EP Speak to Me that same year, but sadly Beck and Florence also officially left the Imagine Dragons lineup after Speak to Me was released to the public.

Not letting that incident destroy his dream, Tolman asked his long-time classmate Wayne Sermon to play Guitar for the group, who was also a highly skilled graduate of Berklee College of Music.

Tolman's wife, Brittany Tolman, later joined her husband. With the full lineup, the band continued to tour.

But the "bad luck" seemed to continue, another member Lemke continued to leave the group, leaving Tolman struggling to find a replacement. Fate led him to Ben McKee, a fellow Academy of Music graduate like Wayne Sermon, and turned McKee into the next part of the group.

The group initially had a large fan base in their hometown of Provo, Utah before moving to Las Vegas, the hometown of lead singer Dan Reynolds. Las Vegas is also where Imagine Dragons' first three EPs (Extended Play) were released.

Imagine Dragons' big break came when they were invited to participate in the Bite of Las Vegas festival, at that time Train's leader Pat Monahan was sick so their performance was given to Imagine Dragons.

Las Vegas Weekly magazine awarded Imagine Dragons "Best Local Indie Band", Las Vegas CityLife magazine recommended everyone to see Imagine Dragons live, many positive reviews also poured in for Imagine Dragons.

Imagine Dragons' hugely successful album Radioactive reached number three on the Billboard Ho.t 100 and was the top song in four Rock categories: Hottest Song, Most Aired Song, Digital Song, and Streaming Song.

With a musical style that is strongly influenced by Alternative Rock, Imagine Dragons is always the face that top Hollywood directors "choose to entrust" to perform songs in top blockbusters. In the past, many of Imagine Dragons' songs have become soundtracks for Hollywood's hit works.

As usual, Imagine Dragons will be going on a tour to promote the album in the middle of the year. The group also released a new song Any It Takes on the same day as the announcement. Their third album Evolve was officially released a month later. In early 2018, Imagine Dragons released a new single called Next to Me. The song was released as part of the re-release of the Evolve album. In addition, the band also announced a summer tour called Evolve.

Evolve continued to be a very successful album as it was the group's third consecutive album to enter the Top 10 of the Billboard Ho.t 200 with millions of albums sold worldwide.
