Ahtisa Manalo used to be the runner-up who was very loved by Vietnamese fans when she refused to compete in Miss Supranational to fight Miss Cosmo. However, after she was out of the top 10, she came back to play the game of bringing down the contest and the reigning Miss Cosmo, making fans angry.
