At the beginning of the article, Nhat Le shared that over the past year, when the incident hit, she chose to be silent to "take care of what was left". According to her, that time was not easy, as the family faced a lot of pressure and public opinion. This time she spoke out in two capacities, a shareholder of Sister Rod Group Joint Stock Company and a sister in the family.

Nhat Le frankly admitted that the mistake was real and said that the price that her brother and related people had to pay was "the darkest days". According to her, the level of 13 thousand VND mentioned is the production price from the factory, not the import price of the distributor. Previously, the investigation agency determined that the total cost of raw materials and packaging was more than 2,099 billion VND, equivalent to about 13,110 VND per box. The product was then sold to Sister Rot Company for more than 30,000 VND/box, when it reached consumers, it was listed at about 150,000 VND/box.

The second problem is related to violations. Nhat Le cited the conclusion of the authorities, saying that his team was determined to violate the act of "deceiving customers" due to shortcomings in controlling the production process. She affirmed that the group was not accused of being an accomplice in the act of producing counterfeit goods, because this responsibility belonged to an individual from the factory according to the investigation conclusion.

According to the conclusion of the investigation, the production of fake Kera candy belonged to individuals at Asia Life Joint Stock Company, when this unit did not produce the right documents and made false documents to deal with the authorities. Meanwhile, the group related to distribution and promotion, including Quang Linh Vlogs, Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien and Hang Du Muc, was determined not to participate in production, did not understand the raw materials and processes, so they were not handled for the crime of "Producing counterfeit goods as food". However, the prosecution argued that these individuals had promoted false information about the use of the product, misleading consumers, and had enough elements to constitute the crime of "Deceiving customers".
