Andrea Rubio, 23 years old, Venezuela, surpassed 69 contestants to be crowned Miss International 2023. She won the final round of the contest held on the afternoon of October 26 at Yoyogi National Stadium, Tokyo.

Andrea Rubio (born 1998) is a model, journalist, and fashion designer in Venezuela. The beauty was born and raised in Caracas (Venezuela).
