Regarding the incident, Hoai Duc District Police, Hanoi said, the suspect was identified as Hoang Tuan An, 19 years old, residing in Duong Lieu commune, Hoai Duc district. At the police station, Hoang Tuan An confessed all of his crimes. Accordingly, An and female student H. have a romantic relationship. On December 22, An intended to kill H. Thinking of doing it, the subject went to buy a stainless steel knife in a knife shop in Duong Lieu commune. At this time, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan, 35 years old, living in Duc Thuong commune, Hoai Duc district came over, saw the whole incident, rushed to hold An down the road, snatched the knife from the subject's hand and threw it away. (a close friend of H.) was still in shock, said, T. himself could not believe that his friend had passed away because before H. was murdered for about an hour, both of them still texting, chatting and exchanging their studies with each other. "Not only sending threatening messages, this male friend also broke into the room, waited for H. to come home from school to talk, then threw rocks at H.'s room to harass.
