After the heartbreaking incident, the family held a visitation ceremony for the deceased at Viet Xo Funeral Home (1A Tran Khanh Du, Hanoi).

Regarding the case of a group of "monster drivers" rushing into Ms. N.H.Q. (27 years old, in Hai Ba Trung district) on Hanoi street, the police have identified 2 directly related suspects, N.H.N. (born 2005, in Tay Ho district, Hanoi) and N.T.M.K. (born 2008, in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi). In which, N.'s car crashed into Ms. Q., causing her to fall on the road. After that, K.'s car continued to hit Ms. Q., causing the girl to leave.
At the police office, K. said that at the time of the collision, this boy and a group of friends were riding about 5 motorbikes. K. saw that the convoy was running at high speed, so he entered from the Hue street section. When it hit Ms. Q., K.'s car was running at a speed of about 60-70km/h. K. said that he was very panicked after causing the collision, so he left the scene and returned home. Meanwhile, N. admitted his behavior and expressed his shock and regret. N.'s parents cried when they heard the news and asked their daughter why was that?
Neither N. nor K. had a driver's license. Like N., K. also regretted his actions and knew that his actions were wrong. However, the regrets of both were too late. According to Ms. L. (K.'s mother), the boy is in grade 10. At the time of the incident, the family left the car and keys at home, so K. took the car away on his own.
Regarding the incident, Q.'s father stood on the porch, trying to hold back tears to prepare for his daughter's funeral.

Ms. Luu Thi L. (in Huu Hoa commune, Thanh Tri, Hanoi - mother of N.T.M.K.) said that on the evening of November 2, she went to eat at the village next door, so she left her motorbike keys at home. Seeing this, the son took his mother's car and said "I go to work part-time". "My child, like my person, is also very sad. Now I can only wait, hoping for the help of the police to go to the house to say sorry," the woman shared.
Asked about her son, Ms. L. said that K. usually goes to school in the morning and works part-time in the evening to serve a beer bar. She and her husband gave birth to 3 children, K. was the youngest. Hearing that her son asked to work part-time, she advised to stop but could not stop her adolescent son. Since learning that K. caused the incident, Ms. L. said that she always felt regret for letting her child take the car away, causing the collision: "I just thought that I took the car to travel, I didn't expect this incident."
