The sea area from Binh Dinh to Ba Ria-Vung Tau has strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7-8; rough seas, waves from 2-4 m high; natural disaster risk level 2 to level 3. All vessels operating in these waters are at risk of being affected by thunderstorms, strong winds and large waves.

On November 10, the center of the storm will be located about 180km northeast of the Paracels with a strong intensity of level 12, gusts of level 15. It is expected that from the morning of November 10, the storm will turn southwest, move slowly towards the Paracel Islands, then move towards the coastal waters of the Central and South Central provinces with decreasing intensity.

Meteorological experts said that due to the influence of Typhoon No. 7, the eastern waters of the North East Sea will have strong winds of level 8-11, the area near the center of the storm will have strong winds of level 12-14, gusts of level 17, sea waves of 4-6 m high, near the center of the storm may be 6-8 m high, and the sea will be violently rough.
