Many social media sites with large followings also reposted the story. Many people left comments expressing their outrage on behalf of the woman.

The post included a photo of him wearing a white suit, holding hands with a gir.l in a wedding dress, holding a bouquet. The information also said that the gir.l who took the wedding photo with him was born in 2010 and is currently pregnant. The incident has left the public extremely surprised, wondering and indignant.

It is known that the wife in the story is Ms. CTT (born in 2001, from Tan Ky district, Nghe An province), currently working in Taiwan. Ms. T's husband is Mr. NCH (born in 1999, from Hoan Long commune, Tan Ky district). The two got married and registered their marriage in 2022.

Sharing with Dan Tri newspaper, Ms. T. said that after getting married, they went to Taiwan to work. While living and working away from home, the two had many conflicts. In July 2024, Mr. H. returned to Vietnam and Ms. T. stayed to work. According to Ms. T., the two sides have not yet discussed or agreed on a divorce. On the evening of February 12, an acquaintance sent her a photo of Mr. H. taking wedding photos with another gir.l.

The woman added that when she asked her husband about the wedding, he scolded her. The other gir.l admitted to Ms. T. that she had an affair with Mr. H. and was currently pregnant. Ms. T. is planning to take a leave of absence to go home and resolve the matter.

On February 14, Mr. Nguyen Van Sam, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoan Long Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province, said that he had received information about a case in which a woman residing in the area "accuse.d" her husband of having an illicit relationship on social media. "The wife has not officially submitted a petition to the local authorities. We have only just learned about it through social media. However, the locality has also requested the commune police to investigate the case," Mr. Sam informed.

Regarding the incident, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Dung, Chief of Hoan Long Commune Police, said that the commune police had contacted relevant people to verify. Both Mr. H. and Ms. Tr. said that they did not have a wedding, the reason for taking wedding photos was... for fun. Through verification, both Mr. H. and Ms. Tr.'s families also showed that no wedding took place.
