"Petroleum giant" Le Van Tam: Owning the largest trillion castle in Vietnam, where the record holder is difficult for anyone to equal

Hai Linh Castle was officially started construction in 2019 at Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Viet Tri City, Phu Tho Province with a construction area of more than 16,000m2 of floor construction on an area of 3,500m2 and recognized as the largest castle in Vietnam up to now.

After being completed, this castle will be the headquarters and sales office of Hai Linh Co., Ltd. but so far has only begun to completely enter the final stages. With an investment of up to trillions of VND, the project has 5 floors and 1 roof. The construction area of each floor and roof is concretized as follows: 1st floor: 2,100 m2; 2nd floor: 1,768 m2; 3rd floor: 1,980 m2; 4th floor: 1,500 m2; 5th floor: 1,500 m2; 6th floor: 1,350 m2 and 4 small spires on the 6th floor, each spire is nearly 500m2; The roof of the altar room: 174m2, large circular arcs and a large roof of about 1000m2.

With a total concrete floor area of up to 16,000 - 17,000 m2 and a height of 70m, architect Phan Vuong assessed that the total floor edge and height of Hai Linh Castle are holding Vietnamese records at the present time. Besides, this unit in charge of construction also revealed the total investment of the castle up to a trillion VND.

The castle attracted attention when it was built in neoclassical architecture. In particular, a series of winding pattern details, dome details, symmetrical round columns, fault threads, reliefs, sculptures have adorned and highlighted the castle.

According to the shared design unit, the project is currently going into interior completion. The twisted column system outside the castle hall is a special highlight and requires very high workmanship of finishers, with a column diameter of more than 1m.
