Immediately, Viet Anh Pi Po apologized. He even went to the Fatherland Front's fanpage to talk about his actions this time. Viet Anh admitted his mistake and will take full responsibility before the law.

If it had stopped there, people wouldn't have been so upset or angry. But on TikTok, he also posted a clip apologizing and explaining his charity transfer process. Viet Anh shared: "I apologize to everyone for the cover-up, and the fact that I cover-up is also true. The images and information that everyone received are true."

According to him, on the morning of September 10, the team planned to transfer 20 million to help people in flooded areas. At that time, another member of the team needed Viet Anh's phone and he asked that person to transfer the money.

"After transferring the money, that person asked me if I covered it. I wanted to show off so I told him to cover it up. And then I was very calm, I was very trusting and almost didn't have the habit of checking the account number. When I read the comments, I still replied that I had transferred the money. I called my teammate and was embarrassed about this and deleted the previous reply. I really feel ashamed" - Viet Anh shared.

Viet Anh also reaffirmed that the mistake was his and the canvas was also his, no matter how he explained or said it, it could not be justified. Immediately after that, Viet Anh transferred the exact amount of 20 million back to the Fatherland Front account.
