Meritorious Artist Thu Huyen, born in 1975 in Hanoi, is a famous cheo artist. Born in a family where no one does art, Thu Huyen loves art very much. From a young age, her mother sent her to participate in singing classes at the Children's Palace. When he was 14 years old, he heard that Hanoi Cheo Doan (now Hanoi Cheo Theater) was recruiting students. However, in 1992 when she graduated from school, that time began to integrate, so there were more art forms. At that time, Tuong, Cheo, and Cai Luong were forced to share the market share with the audience.

She confided: "I still remember a time when the audience didn't care about cheo. There were many cheo artists on the street who didn't even dare to claim to be cheo actors. That's also what made me and other artists in the field. The traditional sector feels disheartened.

I know that, but I can't love when I'm in good shape, or leave when I'm depressed, so I'm still determined to pursue my passion. Maybe I was young at that time, so I was still innocent enough to overcome the difficulties at that time. When I pursue a job of my choice, I always want to devote myself to it."
