Beckham family in turmoil, suspicion of love affair, brothers turning against each other

The Beckham family is going through a storm as reports of discord between their two eldest sons, Brooklyn and Romeo, have emerged. The cause is believed to be Romeo's relationship with his new girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, who was once close to Brooklyn.

On March 31, David Beckham celebrated his 50th birthday early in Miami, Florida, USA. Except for Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz, all members of the Beckham family were present. Kim Turnbull and Cruz's girlfriend, Jackie Apostel, also attended the party.

The absence of the eldest Beckham couple raised some questions but did not generate much discussion on social media. A source close to the family also explained that Brooklyn and Nicola did not attend due to work commitments.

However, on April 3, TMZ shocked everyone when it was revealed that the chef, born in 1999, intentionally skipped his father's birthday party because of a disagreement with Romeo. The reason was that Brooklyn did not like his brother dating Kim Turnbull.

Brooklyn was rumored to be dating the 24-year-old DJ years ago. However, he objected to the relationship not because he was still attached to his ex, but because he doubted whether Kim had the right intentions when moving forward with Romeo.

According to TMZ, while the eldest son expressed a harsh attitude, David and Victoria Beckham welcomed Kim's appearance.

As the news became a topic of discussion on social media, one netizen wrote on Instagram: "Dating your brother's ex? Great!" The Beckhams' youngest son, Cruz, responded: "Brooklyn and Kim have never dated."

The discord seemed to have ended between the two brothers, but just a few days later, the European and American media realized that the situation was more serious. David and Victoria ignored the third wedding anniversary of their eldest son and his wife. They did not send wishes or gifts, and even disliked Brooklyn and Nicola's Instagram posts.

Both David and Victoria are known to be active on social media. They share almost every moment from everyday life to special occasions on their personal pages. On Brooklyn and Nicola's previous two anniversaries, the Beckhams both took steps to celebrate.

The last time Mr. and Mrs. Becks did not interact with their eldest son and his wife on social media was about 3 years ago, when the "cold war" between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law broke out after Brooklyn and Nicola's million-dollar wedding.

According to Woman's Day, the discord between their two sons has caused headaches and embarrassment for the Beckhams, especially Victoria. The fashion designer born in 1974 has only recently recovered from the tension with her daughter-in-law about the wedding in 2022.
