This song became the center of a famous music copyright dispute between CT TTV (represented by Dinh Nguyen) and singer Quoc Thien - who won a high prize at Vietnam Idol.

According to official information, in September 2023, TTV Company signed a contract to transfer the exclusive performance and recording rights of the song "Nameless Love" from musician Le Chi Trung, with a 5-year exploitation period (2023-2028). In the initial phase, the Company had a fairly "open" policy when allowing some singers to cover the song with strict conditions: written permission must be obtained, only one video can be posted on YouTube and absolutely not used for commercial performance purposes.

Singer Quoc Thien is one of the artists who was licensed to cover this song. He posted two performance videos on YouTube with the consent of TTV. However, in August 2024, TTV announced that it would stop licensing all covers of the song "Nameless Love", requesting the removal of recordings and strictly stopping performing the song on stage.

Despite this notice, Quoc Thien continued to perform the song at several events in November 2024, January and February 2025. After that, musician Le Chi Trung directly asked Quoc Thien to stop performing, and he verbally agreed. However, in March and April 2025, TTV discovered that Quoc Thien had performed the song three more times, without any written permission.

The climax of the incident occurred when on April 9, 2025, Quoc Thien proactively asked for permission to return to perform the song, but Dinh Nguyen, representative of TTV Company, refused. However, according to the company, he continued to use the song after the rejection, including keeping two performance videos on YouTube, which were previously licensed but are now outside the scope of the permission.

On April 26, 2025, TTV Company officially sent a copyright infringement warning to Quoc Thien, requesting the removal of the recordings, and at the same time initiated a lawsuit against him at the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court. According to the lawsuit, TTV requested:

Remove all videos related to the song "Nameless Love" on YouTube, TikTok and other social media platforms.
Apologize publicly in the press or on social media.

Compensation for damages, including: copyright costs, breach of contract, mental damage and costs of filing a lawsuit.

Currently, the lawsuit is still in the process of being received and has not been accepted by the Court. Singer Quoc Thien's representative - Mr. Tuan Hai - said that if he receives an official notice, the singer will authorize a lawyer to handle the case in accordance with legal procedures. However, he currently refuses to provide any further information related to the case.
