In case users of social networking services use the livestream feature for commercial purposes, foreign organizations, businesses and individuals providing social networking services shall authenticate their accounts with their personal identification numbers in accordance with the law on electronic identification and authentication. Ensure that only verified accounts can post information (write articles, comments, livestreams) and share information on social networks (Point e, Clause 2, Article 23 of the Government's Decree No. 147/2024/ND-CP dated November 9, 2024 on Management, provision and use of Internet services and online information).

In addition, the Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a Code of Conduct on social networks (Decision No. 874/QD-BTTTT dated June 17, 2021). Accordingly, the general code of conduct for all subjects when using social networks is specified in Article 3 of Decision No. 874.

Previously, streamer and musician ViruSs (Dang Tien Hoang) caused a stir when the livestream clarified the love story, prolonging the personal noise in the past time. The culmination was the livestream of the confrontation that attracted more than 1.6 million views (evening of March 28). On March 29, ViruSs apologized, closing all the noise.

"Information related to ViruSs such as going back and forth with employees, leaving c.on, sensitive items, and shyness is not available. What I can see is an attempt to hide information. Up to now, I have not seen any evidence related to the above information. Everything is just out-of-the-box information, not the focus of the original incident. So I don't discuss it anymore. ViruSs's real name is Dang Tien Hoang, born in 1988. He grew up in a dormitory at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music. ViruSs is known as the "young master of the conservatory" because he grew up in a family with a musical tradition. His maternal grandfather was a well-known music researcher, who composed and wrote scores for symphony orchestras and spoke 13 languages. His mother taught ethnic musical instruments at the Conservatory, and his father taught guitar at the Conservatory of Berlin, Germany. The older brother is also a talented drummer.

At the age of 15, ViruSs was sent by her parents to study abroad. Thanks to music, he has traveled to many countries such as Singapore, Korea, Japan, the UK, the US, Brazil, Chile, Peru.

After completing the course at the Seoul Conservatory of Music, ViruSs underwent a very rigorous entrance exam and was selected as an intern at a leading Korean entertainment company. Besides learning the piano, he also had to learn singing, dancing and many other skills in a harsh environment.

Returning home, ViruSs started working as a gamer, then he gradually gave up the path of professional competition, becoming a commentator specializing in games (caster) with a high professional level with the ability to narrate and analyze attractive matches.

In 2014, ViruSs stopped competing, switched to being a streamer, commented on e-sports tournaments, and was named one of the "four streamers" of Vietnam (along with Do Mixi, PewPew, Xemesis).

ViruSs is currently an ambassador and partner of Facebook Gaming in Vietnam. According to an internal source, his monthly income on Facebook Gaming as a Facebook Gaming partner is not less than 12,000 USD (equivalent to 276 million VND). He was once honored by The New York Times as one of the most prominent streamers in Asia.
