In case users of social networking services use the livestream feature for commercial purposes, foreign organizations, businesses and individuals providing social networking services shall authenticate their accounts with their personal identification numbers in accordance with the law on electronic identification and authentication. Ensure that only verified accounts can post information (write articles, comments, livestreams) and share information on social networks (Point e, Clause 2, Article 23 of the Government's Decree No. 147/2024/ND-CP dated November 9, 2024 on Management, provision and use of Internet services and online information).

In addition, the Ministry of Information and Communications has issued a Code of Conduct on social networks (Decision No. 874/QD-BTTTT dated June 17, 2021). Accordingly, the general code of conduct for all subjects when using social networks is specified in Article 3 of Decision No. 874.

ViruSs's real name is Dang Tien Hoang, born in 1988. He grew up in a dormitory at the Hanoi Conservatory of Music. ViruSs is known as the "young master of the conservatory" because he grew up in a family with a musical tradition. His maternal grandfather was a well-known music researcher, who composed and wrote scores for symphony orchestras and spoke 13 languages.
