According to Tran Thanh, he doesn't really understand why many people think his film is "noisy", because according to him, whether the character talks more or less is not a factor that determines the cinematic value of a work.

Sharing with the audience, Tran Thanh gave examples from international film works that have won big awards. He said that many famous films also use a lot of dialogue but are still highly appreciated for their quality. The male director cited the film Oppenheimer – a work that made a big splash when it was released.

"You watch three-hour Oscar movies like Oppenheimer, talk continuously from beginning to end," Tran Thanh said. Besides, he also mentioned Marriage Story – a famous film with many scenes of tense debates between characters.

Not stopping there, the male director continued to give more examples of the movie Anora. According to him, this film also contains many dramatic elements, even with harsh dialogues, but is still highly appreciated and won many international awards.

Through these examples, Tran Thanh said that the fact that a film has a lot of dialogue does not mean that the work is of poor quality. According to him, the important thing lies in how the director uses cinematic language to tell the story and how realistic the situations are.

"Movies are told by the director's language. The important thing is whether it is realistic or not, but more or less dialogue is not a measure to evaluate a good or bad movie," the male director expressed.

Regarding his latest project, Tran Thanh also explained that the lines in the film are not random sentences. According to him, every detail is carefully calculated to clearly portray the personality of each character.

The male director said the same situation but each character will have a different way of reacting, and that is shown through the way they talk. Tran Thanh gave the example of two characters in the film, Lan and Linh – although they both fall into the same psychological loop, they have a completely different way of communicating.

"Lan said one way, Linh said another. Their language is different because of their different personalities," he shared.

Besides, Tran Thanh also emphasized that his filmmaking style is closely related to real life. According to him, in addition to society, people often dialogue, debate or even confront verbally, so it is completely natural for the characters in the film to talk a lot.

"I don't understand why people say my movie is noisy. Outside of society, I copy the same," the male director frankly expressed.

Over the years, Tran Thanh's films have always created two distinct streams of opinions in the audience community. One part thinks that the way the script is built with many dialogues makes the pace of the film rush, sometimes even creating a feeling of overload.
