Hong Dao rarely talks about her broken marriage with Quang Minh: Pretending to laugh it off

After Hong Dao and Quang Minh officially went their separate ways, their personal lives and careers received much public attention.
Notably, the period following their breakup revealed a stark contrast between the two artists who were once considered a talented duo in Vietnamese theater.
While Quang Minh found new happiness with a partner 27 years his junior and welcomed a son in his later years, Hong Dao chose a single life and focused more on her artistic projects.
Regarding his private life, Quang Minh is said to be happy with his new family. However, some also believe that becoming a father again in his 60s inevitably brings health and time pressures.
Meanwhile, in contrast to Quang Minh's happy image, Hong Dao has chosen a more subdued life. The actress has not publicly revealed any romantic relationships since her marriage ended. However, this quietness hasn't diminished her appeal. On the contrary, through many recent photos and appearances, the actress is considered to be increasingly radiant. At over 60 years old, Hong Dao is praised for looking younger than before, while audiences believe she is "living beautifully and happily" in her own way.
Another point that has attracted public attention is the recent change in Quang Minh's appearance. In a viral clip, the male artist revealed a face with more wrinkles than before, leading many to comment that he has lost the charm he once had during his prime. Some comments even frankly stated that Quang Minh looks somewhat haggard, lacking the freshness and charisma he once had. However, others argue that this is natural as he gets older and that the artist spends more time taking care of his young children, so he pays less attention to his image.
While their private lives present contrasting themes, their careers create an even more pronounced gap. After a long period of working together with his ex-wife and creating a series of acclaimed comedic works, Quang Minh has made almost no significant mark in stage or film projects. The plays that were once synonymous with their brand are recalled as hard-to-surpass milestones, leading audiences to somewhat compare his current career path. The lack of outstanding new projects has also caused Quang Minh's name to fade, especially in the context of rapidly changing theater and increasingly competitive Vietnamese cinema.
In contrast, Hong Dao has demonstrated remarkable resilience. The actress has consistently appeared in a series of critically acclaimed films, showcasing a smooth transition from a "stage actress" to a "film actress." Not only does she appear regularly, but she also receives positive feedback from critics. Recently, she received more good news when her role as Hanh in the film "Bringing Mother Away" earned her the Best Actress award. Hong Dao called this "a wow" at the age of 64; however, due to her schedule, she was unable to personally accept the award.
The contrasting post-divorce situations between Hong Dao and Quang Minh therefore continue to be a topic of public interest.
Quang Minh's daughter returned home to support Hong Dao, determined not to meet her father, her stepmother made a shocking statement
