Miss Vietnam Phuong Le recently attracted attention when she shared a story about caring for her fourth daughter, Kẹo, her child with artist Vu Luan. She posted an apology to her daughter for carelessly causing her pain while cutting her nails.

"Mommy is sorry, Candy. Today, Mommy wasn't careful and hurt you a lot, you cried so much... I accidentally cut your finger while cutting your nails. When you were in pain and crying, Mommy was so scared, all I could do was hug you and apologize. Now you're not in pain anymore and you're sleeping in Daddy's arms, but Mommy is still crying, my heart still aches. Mommy promises I'll be careful and never let Candy get hurt again," Phuong Le wrote.

The post prompted many viewers to leave comments praising the mother and child for being adorable and acknowledging her thoughtful and affectionate parenting style. However, some also expressed opposing views, saying the beauty queen was overreacting and being somewhat dramatic. Noticing the controversy, Phuong Le immediately responded on her personal page: "People can say I'm overreacting, but I'm heartbroken for my child. I've been emotionally unstable since last night; I'm heartbroken and very upset." With a clear stance, she affirmed that her concern for her child was genuine emotion, not intended for showing off or gaining attention.

It is known that, in addition to her child with artist Vu Luan, Phuong Le also has three daughters from her previous marriage. All of the beauty queen's daughters attend international schools and are given every opportunity by their parents to develop their academic and skills.
