Leg 2 - Holiday 30/4 and 1/5: As soon as we return to work for 2 days (Tuesday and Wednesday), we will enter the next holiday. Since April 30 and May 1 fall on Thursdays and Fridays, for those who don't have to work on Saturdays, this holiday will last for 4 consecutive days (until Sunday, May 3).

Particularly for "colleagues" who are foreigners working in Vietnam, they are also entitled to the privilege of taking an extra 1 day off for the traditional New Year and 1 day of National Day of their country.

Going to work on holidays: "Wallet" grows strongly

If you belong to a "workaholic" association or a unit that needs personnel on this occasion, rest assured because the remuneration is extremely worthwhile. The law stipulates that enterprises are only allowed to use overtime workers with the consent of employees (except for special emergencies).

The salary when "plowing" through the holidays is calculated very well: Daytime duty: Immediately receive at least 300% of the salary (excluding the inherent holiday salary). Working at night: If you work overtime during the night hours, your total income can add at least 30% of the unit salary on weekdays, plus 20% of the salary on public holidays.
