After nearly 5 months since being detained for investigation, the case related to Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien continues to attract special attention from the public, especially the time when the queen went to court.

The latest information shows that the legal journey of the beauty born in 1998 is about to enter an important stage when the case file has been transferred to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City to prepare for the first-instance trial.

In September 2025, the Ministry of Public Security informed that the Investigating Police Agency had issued a conclusion on the investigation of the criminal case, proposing the prosecution of 5 defendants in the case of "Deceiving customers" according to Clause 2, Article 198 of the Criminal Code 2015 (amended and supplemented in 2017). At the same time, all relevant dossiers and exhibits have been transferred to the Supreme People's Procuracy.

By the beginning of October, the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City officially received the dossier and prepared for the first-instance trial in the near future. The Supreme People's Procuracy has assigned the Ho Chi Minh City Procuratorate. Ho Chi Minh City exercised the right to prosecute and supervise the trial of this case.

According to the indictment, 5 defendants were prosecuted, including: Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien (Miss International Peace 2021), Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (Hang Du Mu – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sister Rot Group Company), Pham Quang Linh (Quang Linh Vlogs – Member of the Board of Directors), Le Tuan Linh (Director of Legal Representative) and Le Thanh Cong. All 5 people were accused of falsely promoting and deceiving consumers in the process of trading Kera vegetable candy products.

The group of Thuy Tien, Hang Du Mu and Quang Linh used to be a "good trio" in many livestreams to promote this product. However, after Kera candy was sold on the market, the authorities discovered that the product did not meet the advertisement. In April 2025, Hang Du Mu and Quang Linh Vlogs and two others were arrested and detained. A month later, Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was also prosecuted and detained on the same charge.

The investigation results showed that Thuy Tien knew that vegetable candy only contained very low fiber content, about 0.935%, the origin of the raw materials was unknown, but she still agreed to participate in the promotion. In addition to appearing in media campaigns, she also contributed 30% of the investment capital and earned nearly 7 billion VND in commissions out of a total revenue of more than 18 billion VND. More than 135,000 boxes of candy were sold in the first three months of its launch.

When working with the investigating agency, Thuy Tien testified that she was caught up in the project because she "saw that the product had a good idea and thought that she could help operate and develop". The beauty also admitted her responsibility when using her personal image to promote and make the public trust to buy.

The remaining defendants were determined to have directed the development of false promotional content. Director Le Tuan Linh and member of the Board of Directors Le Thanh Cong assigned subordinates to create 3 video scripts with exaggerated content. These videos were posted on TikTok by Hang Du Muc, Quang Linh and Thuy Tien, attracting millions of views to boost consumption in the market.

In the indictment, the Supreme People's Procuracy applied many mitigating circumstances to Thuy Tien. She is noted to have a sincere attitude, repentance, good character, no criminal record and has actively participated in charity activities.
