Ngo My Uyen - who has been repeatedly referred to by the public as "the richest Miss Vietnam" - currently has a stable family and a fairly peaceful private life with her husband, two children and daily work abroad.
Born in 1974, Ngo My Uyen has been known in the entertainment industry since the 1990s when she was crowned Miss Vietnam Cinema and then Miss International Fashion in Egypt. After a diverse period of activity in showbiz as a model, MC, actor, singer and magician, she gradually retreated to cultivate her own home.
Ngo My Uyen's life is sometimes challenging. She and her husband, Italian professor Marco Casini, have been married for more than 13 years but have not officially registered their marriage, a choice they have maintained based on how they define marriage and financial independence in the family. Together they have two daughters and together they built a home in Rome, living in a spacious apartment with three bedrooms, a living room and a comfortable living space. In addition, the family also owns a large villa about a 1.5-hour drive from the city, where trees are planted and rested.
During their more than a decade together, their relationship has had its share of rifts. Ngo My Uyen and her husband broke up because of many disagreements and even she left for the US for a while, but the moment she found out she was pregnant made her decide to return to her husband. After those turbulences, they continued to bond and take care of their two children more strongly.
To the public, Ngo My Uyen is not only famous for her beauty titles but also for the image of a strong, wealthy and decisive woman in life. The public often attributes her the title of "the richest Miss Vietnam" because of the valuable properties she and her family own, including a large villa that used to be located in the center of Ho Chi Minh City and properties stretching from Vietnam to Europe and the United States. However, in a conversation with the press, Ngo My Uyen once said that this title is just a rumor and she focuses on what she and her family are building rather than side titles.
Currently, in Italy, Ngo My Uyen's daily life revolves around taking care of her two children, managing family activities and supporting children's learning activities. She once shared that most of her day is spent on tasks such as taking her children to school, managing their study hours, and helping them balance school and extracurricular activities. The order in the house is maintained according to the lifestyle of the husband's family, where the education of children is put first and is managed quite strictly.
Unlike many other stars, Ngo My Uyen rarely shares pictures of her personal life on social networks, and she is not very active in showbiz currently. Typically, the artistic skills she built up in the past - such as performing magic - are now just a part of her career that she occasionally returns to when she has the opportunity, instead of being a spearhead job as before.
Ngo My Uyen's husband, with his erudite education and position as a professor, also plays a stable role in the family as they both share independent financial responsibilities. The way they divide their spending clearly and live financially independently was once shared in an interview, showing that the couple has mutual respect and support in many life issues.
Although there is no wedding ceremony lurking like many other couples, the couple's love and responsibility to each other along with taking care of their children shows a different but sustainable family image. Ngo My Uyen, with her ups and downs in her personal life and personal choices, has remained one of the faces that has been noticed in the entertainment and social circles for many years.
