Following what she perceived as direct comments from Nhat Minh on social media, Ms. Ni spoke out again, this time with a lengthy post to clarify the misunderstandings surrounding the accusations and controversies between the two parties.
In the post, Ms. Ni posed a series of counter-arguments, directly denying the accusations of wrongdoing, and recounted in detail the financial transactions and relationship between the two over the past period.
Ms. Ni began by vehemently refuting the accusations, arguing that if she had committed the violations as alleged, why did Nhat Minh repeatedly offer to have the properties purchased with her money registered under his name?
She mentioned the expensive car, the money transfers, and the fact that she had once suggested that Nhat Minh accompany her to the bank to get a statement of a 1 billion VND deposit supposedly for a savings account to facilitate visa procedures abroad, but the other party refused.
According to her, this money wasn't given away for free, and the fact that Nhat Minh blamed her for preventing him from returning and therefore forced her to keep the money only made her feel more wronged.
In the article, Ms. Ni continues to question other transactions, from transferring money into Nhat Minh's personal account to offering to buy a house for his mother for 4.8 billion VND under his name, then switching to a plan to buy land worth 1.9 billion VND when the initial plan failed. "If it was illegal money, why were there clear transactions, direct transfers between the two parties?" - Ms. Ni argues.
Another point Ni mentioned was the 3 billion VND she transferred to Nhat Minh, which she claimed was for his personal capital, not for joint ventures or business partnerships. She asserted that Nhat Minh was the one who suggested transferring the money to the account, and that all this information is verifiable. She stated that the constant pressure had caused her distress and exhaustion, leading her to withdraw her "kindness" and prepare to pursue legal action to protect her family and personal honor.
Ms. Ni also emphasized that if Nhat Minh believes he understands her work, he is free to release relevant evidence. She affirmed her willingness to take legal responsibility for her actions, but refused to accept being falsely accused or having the truth distorted. In the post, she stated that this wasn't the first time she had helped or lent money only to be attacked in return. "My kindness has its limits," she wrote, adding that she has repeatedly chosen not to corner anyone.
Notably, Ms. Ni shared for the first time about a serious health crisis she experienced during the 2021 pandemic. This near-death experience is believed to have completely changed her way of life, thinking, and perspective on money.
At the end of the article, she denies the accusation of leading fake accounts to attack others, asserting that she is also a mother and could not do anything immoral.
However, just a few hours after being posted, Ni quietly removed the article. As for Nhat Minh, posts related to Ni also disappeared from his personal page. This development has led the public to question whether the two sides reached some kind of agreement behind the scenes, or simply chose to temporarily cease their dispute after a prolonged period of tension.
